Goa; the very name usually rings a stereotypical bell in our minds of beaches, beer, and the carefree hippie life. It also inspire artists to create. Here’s a poem I wrote during Goa trip in Sept ’25.
This summer is so intense right from the start that it feels like May already. It reminded me of an old poem of mine, narrating the thoughts of a person walking down the road on a May afternoon.
Inspired by a painting by Snehal Ekbote, here’s a poem called “जद्दोजहद, a struggle”, commenting on the concept of duality and the internal struggle of whether to embrace it or resist it. Hope you enjoy the piece.
